Your control panel provides an overview of all your listings, in an easy to read, grid format. Here you can quickly see the property address, current price, market value, date of last price adjustment, days on market, and days remaining for each of your listings.
By clicking any property address you can view the complete listing details at the bottom of the page, just under the My Listings grid. The Property Details overview contains the listing details, listing date, expiration date, email frequency (how often the AdjustMyPrice emails are sent), list price, market value, seller information, price adjustment history, and notes associated with the property. |

2. Edit Listings |

In edit listing, you can edit the seller or listing information, add notes, change the email frequency or modify the property photo. |

This is your profile. You can update your logo, photo, personal or business information, and change your payment information. |

In the seller control panel, the seller can review their listing details, including the number of days their home has been on the market, the current price and the market value (your price recommendation). The seller simply enters a new selling price of their choice and clicks ‘Submit Adjustment’. You will receive an instant notification via email and on your AdjustMyPrice control panel. |
