 What is AdjustMyPrice? |

AdjustMyPrice is a patent-pending tool designed to encourage overpriced sellers to adjust their price so that their home will sell. AdjustMyPrice does this by sending automated statistical reports to the seller at regular intervals. The report informs the seller of 1) the number of days their home has been on the market, 2) the current list price, and 3) the current market value. Sellers can adjust their price by clicking the AdjustMyPrice button in the email message. The report contains information that the listing agent has input into their AdjustMyPrice control panel. Price adjustments are emailed to you and transferred to your AdjustMyPrice database.

| How can an agent subscribe? |

Log on to www.AdjustMyPrice.com and click the “TRY IT FREE!” button. Complete the form and you will receive a confirmation email.

| How much does AdjustMyPrice.com cost?
|

After the free trial, agents are charged a subscription fee of $9.95 per month, on a month-to-month basis. There is no long-term commitment and you can cancel at any time. There is no cost for the home seller. |

| What if I forget my password?

If you forget your password, simply go to www.AdjustMyPrice.com and click “Forgot your password?” below the login area. Fill in the information requested, and your password and user name will be emailed to you. |

| Does my seller need an email account?
|
| |
No, the seller does not need an email account; however, this would be optimal. A seller without an email account can still log in to their account and review the latest market report for their home, or obtain a printout from the agent. |

How does my seller receive a user name or  password? |
| |
When you input your listing, you will assign the seller a user name and password. The system will email them a copy of their user name and password, along with a login link. |

| How do I determine the market value of my listings?
|
| |
You will determine the market value the same way you do now: by creating a comparable market analysis (CMA) for the listing, based on data obtained through your local MLS. Once you have determined the market value, you will input this amount into the “market value” field. |

| Do I need to download any software to use AdjustMyPrice.com?

No. AdjustMyPrice.com is completely web-based and you do not need to download any files to your PC. |

| Can I import listings from my local MLS? |

Due to copyright laws and other restrictions, you are not able to import your listings from your local MLS at this time. You can rest assured, however, that the system requires very limited information for each listing, so it will not take much time to input your properties. |

| How much information do I need to enter for each listing?
|
| |
For each listing, you will need to enter four pieces of information: 1) the seller’s name and contact numbers, 2) the property address, 3) the list price and 4) the market value. For your client to receive automated emails, you will need to input the seller's e-mail address and assign a password. If you wish, you can also input additional information, a property photo, etc. |

No, you do not need a high-speed connection to use AdjustMyPrice.com, although performance will be improved with high speed. |

| How can an agent cancel their subscription? |
| |
You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel during your free 30-day trial, your credit card will not be billed. Simply email support@adjustmyprice.com with the subject CANCEL. Include the e-mail address on your account. We will cancel your account within two business days. You will receive an email confirmation of cancellation. |

| |
No, you do not need to have an email account to take advantage of the AdjustMyPrice.com system; however, having an email account would be optimal. There are several companies that offer free email accounts. |
